Barbados Villa Rental
Of all the Caribbean Islands, Barbados villa rentals give you your largest choice of Caribbean villas. Almost your own private hotel - many have cooks or chefs, all have maid service.
Consider renting a beach villa, or a villa on
Royal Westmoreland
or
Sugar Hill
in Barbados, offering tennis, golf and gym facilities.
Kings Beach Village
and
Sugar Bay
offer townhouses close to the beach or, a lovely alternative, a condominium at
Old Trees,
Schooner Bay
or
Port St. Charles.
All Inclusive hotels, such as
Almond Beach Resorts,
Mango Bay,
Crystal Cove
or
Turtle Beach;
or a Barbados beach resort on a glorious sandy beach offering the option to self-cater – how about
Coral Mist
or
Blue Orchid?
Settlers Beach Villa Hotel
is unusual. Here you have a self-catering villa on the beach, with communal shared facilities, and all the restaurants, bars, shops and banks of
Holetown
within a short walk. For an intimate and luxurious property, consider
Treasure Beach Hotel,
where you can stay in the famous
Hemmingway Suite
with private Jacuzzi on the balcony.
Barbados Weddings and Honeymoons
For a Caribbean wedding – the
10-bedroomed private villa, Cove Springs,
could hardly be improved, with an almost private beach, cinema, gym and butler. The ceremony arranged by a local Wedding Co-ordinator. Weddings are effortless at an
Almond Beach Resorts Hotel
(Almond Beach Village,
Almond Beach Club,
Almond Casuarina)
or any of the
Elegant Hotels
(Tamarind Cove,
Colony Club,
Turtle Beach
or
Crystal Cove.)
A Barbados Honeymoon will never be forgotten if you choose to stay in any of the above villas or hotels.
About Barbados
For an introduction to the Caribbean, Barbados cannot be bettered. In an area of 166 square miles, it offers everything that the discerning holidaymaker might desire. Superb beaches are lapped by the Caribbean Sea - yet many are almost deserted. The South Coast is lively with restaurants, bars and nightclubs: the West Coast is somewhat quieter, although it has some of the finest hotels and restaurants on the Island. The East and North Coasts are rugged and wild with spectacular scenery - a must for the photographer experienced surfer or wildlife enthusiast. This enormous variety of landscape, from tropical gardens and plantation houses to the wild Atlantic Sea at North Point, makes touring the Island a pleasure. All over the Island is green and lush - thus earning the name "Little England".
Places to visit in Barbados
There is so much to see. Barbados has its own National Trust preserving many of the Plantation Houses, spectacular gardens and historic sites around the Island. Visit Sunbury House, Tyrol Cot, The Old Synagogue and Cemetery, Welchman Hall Gully and Andromeda Gardens, Harrison’s Caves, Barbados Wildlife Reserve, Mount Gay Rum Distillery, Garrison Historic Area (including Barbados Museum), Oistins Fish Market, Bathsheba, the Flower Forest and St. John's Church, one of the several parish churches which highlight Barbados's long connection with England – the list is endless!
