Dieppe Bay House is situated on Dieppe Bay and is the only villa on the beach. This secluded property sits in an acre of garden near the mouth of Falmouth Harbour, and boasts beautiful views across the sea to Antigua Yacht Club and the open ocean. The proximity to the sea gives an almost constant cooling breeze.

Refurbished with elegant colonial-style antique teak and mahogany furniture, the villa is ideal for both family and adult groups, and will sleep between 8 and 14 persons.

There are five bedrooms, on both upper and ground floors.

The master bedroom has a king-size 4-poster bed, ensuite bath and shower room; French windows leading onto a terrace; walk-in wardrobe.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a Queen-size bed, private terrace overe looking the garden/sea, shower room next door.

Bedroom 3 has a King or twin beds, seaviews and a bath/shower room next door.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds plus truckles and ensuite shower rooms.

There is also a powder room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets and safes.

The living/dining areas overlook the garden and pool, with views to the sea.

The garden has a swimming pool (30ft x 15 ft with maximum depth of 6 ft) with gazebo, decking, patio area, outdoor shower and sun loungers.

The kitchen has all the amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa has a cable TV/DVD with DVD library, CD player with CD Collection and a selection of games and books. Internet access is provided. The windows are shuttered with mosquito screens and there are ceiling fans throughout.  Other facilities include a printer, alarm system, rustic beach BBQ area with tables, benches, hammock and charcoal BBQ.  There is a gas BBQ on the terrace.

There is a housekeeper 5 days a week, a gardener and a pool-cleaning service. The house also has an on-call property manager who provides a meet and greet service. The manager can also arrange a chef/cook, additional housekeeping, food and drinks package, tours and excursions, at an additional cost.

Dieppe Bay House is within a short drive to the main road and local shops at Falmouth. A slightly longer drive takes you to a choice of restaurants at Falmouth Marina and English Harbour. Car hire is essential.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
