CASSIA 18 is a spacious two bedroom villa located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This lakeside villa overlooks the fairway and is set in a cul-de-sac within beautifully manicured tropical gardens and is only just a stroll away from the clubhouse and the Sanctuary.

The Master bedroom located upstairs is equipped with a King-size bed which can be converted into two Single beds. The guest bedroom, also furnished with a King bed which can divided into two Single beds, is located downstairs along with the open, spilt-level living area.

The villa has large ceiling height bay windows allow views to the delightful wooden deck. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned.

The Villa is equipped with Cable TV, Safe, Fax, Telephone.
All guests staying in Royal Westmoreland will have access to the resort facilities which include flood-lit tennis courts, a gym, beach access at Mullins where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are provided and the resort's swimming pool.

There are also special golf rates for guests staying at Cassia Heights #18.

Maid service is provided six days a week.
