It is located on Molyneux Road on the Sandy Lane Estate, close to shops, banks and restaurants. The beach is not far away.


There is a combined living/dining area, tastefully furnished, which opens onto a large wooden terrace suitably equipped for outdoor dining and a refreshing pool for those who want to take an afternoon dip. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry.

Two Chaise Lounges are available at Sandy Lane Property Owners Facilities. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The air-conditioned master bedroom, with pickled wood floors, is located upstairs and includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom fitted with both shower and tub. A small patio has a distant sea view.

The house is equipped with Cable TV, Internet. The staff include a cook, gardener, maid/laundress and night watchman.
