With stylish decor and furniture throughout the house has both luxury and comfort.  All the bedrooms are en suite and air-conditioned and the Master opens out onto the garden where a beautiful Frangipani tree grows, adding its wonderful fragrance to the air.

The master bedroom has a wonderful king size four-poster bed. The bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is also a king size bed. The fourth bedroom, with twin beds, opens out onto the patio and garden on the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom.

The dining and living areas are separated by lovely stone archways.  There is also a powder room. 

The Royal Westmoreland Facility offers a gated community with 24-hour security, beach access at Mullins Bay (with shuttle bus between RWM and beach), access to tennis, golf and a fitness centre. Children's facilities, including 'Kidz Room', 'Sports Camp' and 'Little Royals Club' which are supervised between 9am and 4pm, are also offered within the Community  during Summer holidays (please contact us for available dates and further information).

Staff includes a Maid/Laundress.  Cooks can be provided at an extra charge.
