Located on the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, this luxury villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The villa has a private swimming pool and a patio for outside dining.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has en suite facilities and is fully air-conditioned.

There is a large living and dining area opening onto the pool deck.

The villa is equipped with cable TV, safe, fax, telephone and is staffed with a fully-trained Housekeeper and a Laundress.

All guests staying at the villa have access to all the resort facilities at Royal Westmoreland, and access to the beach at Mullins.  there is a shuttle service to the beach, where beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.  There is also a restaurant and changing facilities. 

Please be advised that the Royal Westmoreland is a growing community and therefore construction can be found in a number of areas.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
