One of the best villas in Barbados. Perched on a bluff with stunning ocean view, this coral stone house with its Colonial architecture is almost a mini hotel. This is a wonderful location for a Wedding. The architecture is classical with coral stone and tasteful interiors. The villa sleeps up to 20 persons in main house and cottage.

The large and beautifully designed bedrooms in the main house are all air-conditioned and fully equipped with cable TV, video, CD/DVD and own room safe, hairdryers and direct dial telephones. Ensuite bathrooms provide all amenities, including fluffy towels! There are 7 bedrooms in the main house, with 6 facing the ocean front, and a further 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located in the adjacent villa.

In winter it is possible to rent as 7 or 10 bedroom options.

The adjacent villa provides excellent separate accommodation for family or friends and has its own kitchen and patios. There is also a computer, internet connection, cable TV, VCR, CD and DVD, safes and air-conditioning.

The free form pool and Jacuzzi are located on a large oceanfront patio overlooking the sea, and an abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Steps lead down to a secluded sandy beach.

There is a 20-seat cinema with a very large screen, surround sound and hundreds of DVDs to choose. For the exercise conscious, there is a fully-equipped gym.

Watersports, golf and tennis are nearby and can be arranged locally through the butler or house manager. Massages, reflexology and other treatments can be done at the house, or at a nearby hotel or spa.

The house is a mini hotel with its own Manager, Butlers, Cooks, Maids, Gardeners and Security. The Chef and Butler will discuss and plan your gourmet meals for the day with you, or organise a private party for friends. Although food and beverages are not included in the rental, the staff will shop on your behalf - 10% service charge added.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
