Located very close to the communal swimming pool, this villa consists of three levels, each with a terrace and is close to the lagoon-style communal swimming pool.

One bedroom/bathroom is located on the lower level and opens to the plunge pool terrace. The master bedroom and 3rd bedroom are on the upper level. The master bedroom has a private balcony and stairs leading to the roof terrace. The villa has Cable TV and VCR. There is also a BBQ.

At Merlin Bay there is a large shared swimming pool, path to the lovely beach and 24-hour security.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
