No. 4 Pavilion Grove has 4 bedrooms ' 1 on the ground floor and the remaining 3 upstairs. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans, are equipped with hair dryers, a safe and have ensuite bathrooms ' with the exception of the ground floor bedroom which shares the powder room equipped with a shower.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and large shower. Bedrooms No. 2 has a double bed and a shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed as well but comes with a shower only.

The living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room are all on the ground floor. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is complete with Cable TV, DVD player and is air conditioned with ceiling fans. The living room opens onto a terrace both at the side and the front of the villa. To the side there sun deck with a large plunge pool, BBQ and sun loungers.
