No. 1 Queens Fort is an exquisite villa nestled in the heart of Barbados' gold Coast and 5 minutes away from Royal Westmoreland golf. Designed by renowned architect Ian Morrison, this charming property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, and a large open common area stylishly appointed with entertainment centre and skylight, that is perfect for families or friends wanting to relax and enjoy life. The villa has a lovely blue mosaic tiled pool, privately surrounded by tropical gardens. The beach is a 2 minute walk.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV/VCR, alarm clock, en-suite bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath.

Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed, alarm clock, en-suite bathroom with outside shower.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a shower in the powder room.

The open-plan Lounge/Diner has TV with cable, DVD player and seating for up to 10 persons.  There is an indoor patio overlooking the pool with a coralstone table seating 8, a poolside table seating 6 and chaise longues.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite worktops, dual oven and 6 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, blender, wafflemaker, dishwasher, miicrowave and 42-bottle wine cooler.  There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer and iron/board.

There is maid service 6 days per week and a poolman 3 days per week.  For an additional cost, a cook/chef, butler, nightwatchman and babysitting can be arranged.

It is also possible to organise (at extra costs) a car with or without a driver, golf and tennis lessons, in-villa massage/manicure/pedicure, food parcels and a crib.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
