Rose of Sharon is an elegant 6 bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate in excellent condition.

There are 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house on the first floor, each with King-sized beds.  The two Master bedrooms each have ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower.   In the main house, the other 2 bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.  Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed and Bedroom 4 has twin beds.

The additional 2 bedrooms are located in a recently-built guest cottage across from the pool, with their own living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and is air-conditioned.  Again, bedroom 5 has a King-sized bed and Bedroom 6 has twin beds.

Living can either be indoors or on the covered terrace overlooking the lovely large pool and tropical gardens stretching to 1 1/2 acres.  Beside the patio is the swiming pool and there is a BBQ.

The ground floor of the main house includes a large air conditioned living room opening onto the covered terrace and a separate dining room and further breakfast/kitchen area.

The staff includes a Cook, a Maid, a Laundress and a Gardener.  Their hours are 8.30 a.m.-1.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m - 8.30 p.m.  Each staff member has 1 day a week off.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
