Tradewinds at Sugar Bay is a luxury 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed townhouse, just across the road from the popular Mullins Beach.

The house is traditionally furnished with one bedroom on the ground floor, two on the first floor and one on the second floor.  The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen-size 4-poster bed and en suite bathroom.  Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor, with twin beds.  Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor, with a queen-size bed and direct access to the patio and pool deck.  Bedroom 4 is an attic bedroom with twin beds, most suitable for use by children.

The house features a roof deck with a jacuzzi where you can sip cocktails and enjoy the tropical sunsets.

Apart from the facilities featured above, the house includes a toaster, washing machine, and coffee maker.  Maid service is provided 3 mornings a week.  Although there is no cook included in the rental, one can be supplied at an extra charge.

Guests of this villa can enjoy the facilities of Indulgence Spa in the Sugar Bay complex (at an extra charge).  This includes the Spa, fitness centre and swimming pool.  Beach chairs and towels are available for Mullins Beach.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
