Wemsea is an elegant Bajan-style beach home. This quaint, but modern home is situated on a spectacular beach at Reeds Bay, Lower Carlton in St. James.

There are 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be considered as master suites. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, and a tub and shower in the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 4-poster Queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, with a tub in the bathroom.

There is a living/dining area and a dining gazebo with an ocean view.

The house has cable TV, wine cooler, ceiling fans, DVD player, ADSL high speed internet access for clients who bring their own laptops, a stereo and VCR. There is also a security system in the villa and the master and 2nd bedrooms have a safe.

On the patio, there is outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ.

The house has a cook and a maid/laundress. A caretaker lives in a separate cottage on the property.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
