Located on the exclusive Amber Belair development, a security-guarded, gated community, Hummingbird Villa offers a very spacious living environment in a stunning location. The villa, designed by Vincenzo De Rosa, has been built to a very high specification and was completed in 2005.

The tastefully decorated interiors are complimented by feature furniture and artwork, which have been especially commissioned by the homeowners. Hummingbird has a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room, which leads to the dining room, and on to the lounge and TV room, completing the rooms around the courtyard are two bedrooms and the cloakroom.

There are 5 bedrooms in total - 4 with king beds, 1 with twin beds. All have their own bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the east side of the property is the master bedroom which has an office area located to the left of the entrance.

Downstairs are another two bedrooms, laundry and maids' room.

Outside, the lounge and dining room lead to the covered patio and on to the sunny pool deck and gazebo which makes an ideal spot for outside dining.

The pool measures 20' x 40', 4½' to 5 ½' deep and is an infinity edge pool with dining gazebo.. Pool liability waiver required.

Children: Welcome at the villa year round. Please note: Calabash welcomes children over 12 from 15th January through 15th March and children of all ages during the rest of the year. Children under the age 18 years old not allowed in the exercise area.

A rental vehicle is recommended.

Calabash will close on 10 August and reopen on 02 October 2012. During this period the villa will be available for rental, but the facilities at Calabash will not be available.

The beach is located nearby at Calabash, where villa guests can use various facilities.

A short drive away is the picturesque St. George's Grand Anse beach, shops, supermarkets and the airport.. The villa's housekeeper, Maria, works from 8 am to 3 pm each day while the villa is occupied. Maria is available for cleaning, but at extra cost various services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs, waiting staff etc.

A 50% deposit is required for booking. A separate damage deposit of US$1,000.00 will be refunded after departure inspection.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
