DINING
Cariblue Restaurant
Cariblue Restaurant overlooks Cariblue Beach and the Caribbean Sea. Breakfast and lunch are served
buffet style. The lunch buffet theme changes daily and includes Mediterranean, Asian, and Mexican
choices. A-La-Carte dinner is offered six evenings per week, with a choice of regular items from the
Cuisine LeSPORT menu as well as lighter and vegetarian options. On Wednesday evenings we serve a
sumptuous Caribbean Buffet with steel band musical entertainment. Wine is served with lunch and
dinner. We are pleased to cater to special dietary requirements such as low fat, low sodium, or vegan
on request.
Restaurant hours are as follows:
Breakfast: 7:30am to 10:30am
Lunch: 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Dinner: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Cariblue is a no-smoking restaurant.
TAO
The AAA 3-star diamond award winning TAO restaurant offers a fusion of East and West Cuisine with
authentic oriental flavours and Western influences, and has been included in Condé Nast Traveller's list
of the "60 Hottest Tables". TAO is a no-smoking restaurant, open for dinner from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
Reservations are required a maximum of 48 hrs in advance. Some dishes carry a supplemental charge.
The Deli
The Deli, open from 11:00am to 4:00pm offers lighter options and specialises in gourmet sandwiches,
specialty salads, fresh fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies.
The ClubHouse
Afternoon tea is served in The ClubHouse daily from 4:00pm to 6:00pm with sandwiches and tempting
sweets. The ClubHouse Barbecue is available six nights per week from 7:00pm. Here you can feast on
delicious grilled meats and fish in a more casual atmosphere.
DRESS CODE
Cariblue Breakfast & Lunch and Clubhouse dinner - Casual; Cover-ups are required. Suntan oil is not
permitted.
Dinner at Cariblue and TAO - We prefer that you do not wear Shorts, Jeans, Caps or T-Shirts in the
Restaurants.
DRINKS
The ClubHouse Bar is open from 9:00am to 12:30am and offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails
and beverages including premium brands.
The air-conditioned Piano Bar opens at 7:00pm daily. It is a comfortable and relaxing nightspot
beautifully decorated with cane furnishings and antique pieces which stays open until the last guest
retires. The white Baby Grand piano is set amidst a unique feature of piano key tiles. A pianist
entertains nightly except Wednesday evenings.
ENTERTAINMENT
On select evenings during dinner in the Cariblue Restaurant there is varied entertainment including Jazz
bands and saxophonists. The nightly 10:00 o'clock entertainment in the ClubHouse includes Caribbean
specialties such as limbo dancing, fire eating, the now renowned BodyHoliday Staff Show on
Wednesdays and live bands. Our in-house DJs also play a wide selection of music. You may also take
the opportunity to meet our management team at our Leaders Cocktail Party, which takes place
Wednesdays at 7:00pm at The Oasis.

The centre-piece of The BodyHoliday is The Oasis, a beautiful and comprehensive centre of health and
well-being. It is here that guests come to receive their pampering body treatments designed to relax

You can arrange a one-on-one consultation with our BodyAware Specialist to set up a personalised
lifestyle programme. The BodyAware Specialist will suggest the kind of exercise that best suits your
needs - for example, what will work for you not just on holiday but when you return home. The
suggestions and goal setting will be made with your route to success in mind. Age and level of fitness
play a big role in the advice given. Fitness and diet can never be separated, so the BodyAware Specialist
will undoubtedly suggest a diet and exercise regime with optimum health and energy in mind. With the
variety of exercise and stretch classes available, there is something for everyone. You can also book the
BodyAware Specialist for personalized sessions or make arrangements with a personal trainer in the

ROOM RESERVATIONS
To Book, a deposit of three nights is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due twentyone
days prior to arrival. Major credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
A cancellation penalty of 50% of the total amount due is applicable for bookings cancelled between 21
and 7 days prior to an arrival date. For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival a penalty of
100% is applicable. Refunds are not available for no-show bookings. Should the Guest leave the resort
prior to their original departure date, the charge will be equal to a minimum of 3 nights accommodation.

Lawn.
