The Plantation-style house is situated in 2 acres of gardens stocked with beautiful tropical flowers and orchards. The Caribbean sea can be viewed from 3 different directions. This Caribbean Sea is only 5 minutes' drive from the villa. Mt. Irvine Golf Course, fine restaurants and the capital, Scarborough, are within easy reach.
The 7 bedrooms will comfortably sleep up to 14 persons. There are 4 suites, 2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus a 1-bedroom cottage. Each room is air-conditioned and has breathtaking views.
The generously proportioned rooms and verandahs offer complete relaxation, with large living and dining areas and two study areas. Office facilities include complete communication services, computer access, printer and fax machine.
The large table seats up to 12 persons for dinners or meetings. A central Bose stereo system with speakers provide sound throughout the main ground floor rooms and the pool area.
The kitchen is very well-equipped and can provide both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The house has a state-of-the art security system for your peace of mind.
Around the 22-metre swimming pool are sunbathing terraces complete with sun loungers.
Staff includes Gardener/Caretaker, Housekeeper. A chef can be provided at an extra charge, if required.
