A lovely open plan apartment, one of a small group standing in terraced gardens directly overlooking Falmouth Harbour. It is close to the Antigua Yacht Club & Marina Complex and has magnificent views of the yachts lying at anchor from its balcony .

The apartment is light and airy with many louvred windows and the double doors, which lead right onto the balcony, providing more than adequate ventilation. In addition the apartment has been equipped with a ceiling fan for extra comfort. NB. As the balcony is of open construction we do not consider it safe for small children.

The apartment was completely renovated in November 2002 to include a fully equipped kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The living area has 2 twin-sized beds and a sofa bed, this sleeping up to 4 persons.

The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Maid Service is provided twice weekly.

Several bars and restaurants are within easy walking (Seasonal opening times) Pigeon Beach is over the hill for swimming with beach bar, restaurant and shaded picnic areas.
