Coral Vista is a newly-construction villa, located in Hodges Bay Estate, a quiet residential area. The property has stunning hillside views.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms, each with own shower room and panoramic views. The beds can be king-size or twin options.

The villa is on 3 levels, with one bedroom on each level, and the drive to the villa is up a short, steep hill.

The villa also offers a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and indoor dining for 6 persons. There is a swimming pool (approx 26 ft x 14 ft with a deep end of 8.5 ft and shallow end of 4 ft), with private sunbathing area and covered outdoor dining.

Amenities include a TV lounge (32" flat screen, digital cable), I-Pod dock, BBQ, hairdryers; iron/ironing board, safe, High Speed internet connection for those clients bringing their own laptops.

Maid Service is provided each day and the maid will do laundry and clean the villa.

Coral Vista is a locally managed property. Private chefs, airport transfers and excursions can all be arranged via the management, but you may never need to see a representative if you just want to relax and enjoy your vacation home in paradise.

Coral Vista is only minutes from the Pavilion Restaurant, Cecila's Cafe, the Le Bistro Restaurant, and amenities such as the Sunsail (Elemis) Spa and Gym or adventures such as Miguel's Desert Island trip.

Opening soon, even closer, will be the upscale Hodges Bay Club offering new restaurants and bars. Within 10 minutes by car, the world famous Dickenson Bay, the undisturbed Jabberwock Beach, the capital city, St. John's, Cedar Valley Golf Course, and V.C. Bird International Airport, you could not ask for a better locale. This is definitely a property you will want to return to time and again.
