A charming townhouse in the Jolly Harbour Development, which is a gated complex with 24-hour security. This property is located close to a small beach and an 18-hole Golf Course. The development offers a Marina, tennis courts, restaurants, swimming pools, shops, supermarkets, and a casino - car hire would be advised! Parking is available opposite the villa.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a balcony facing south over Jolly Harbour entrance. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite shower with w.c.

The kitchen is equipped for up to 6 persons, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.

The sitting room is well furnished with comfortable sofa and easy chairs. A TV with satellite stations and DVD/CD player are provided. There is also a sofa bed in this room. Doors lead to patio with dining table and chairs and a swing seat for relaxation. A powder room is on the ground floor.

All bed linen and villa towels are provided (not beach towels). There is maid service once a week, more frequently by arrangement and at an extra cost. The villa has a safe.

A charter company is offering chartered yacht daysail with a fully qualified skipper. These yachts are around 40' and will comfortably accommodation 6 persons. The daily cost will be US$650.00.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
