An exclusive luxurious villa offering stunning panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea, and stylish interiors.  On the terrace there is a Jacuzzi/Plunge Pool.

The property can sleep a maximum of 9 adults and 3 children. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and full air-conditioning. There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Each bedroom has a private patio or balcony, chaise loungers, tables and chairs, and coffee-making facilities. 

All bedrooms are en-suite.  There are two bedrooms in the main Cottage, with the others in the nearby annexe.

The villa has patio dining areas, sun decks, satellite TV, hair dryer, wall safe, telephone. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD player with films, CD player, CD library and book library, selection of board games and a modem point. 

The rates include full time services of a cook, housekeeper, Houseporter, Gardener  and a night watchman. Breakfast is served in Rock Cottage. There is a full equipped kitchen  together with a BBQ for outside dining. A chef is available at an extra charge. A 24 ft power boat and skipper may be hired on a daily basis. BBQ, CD player.

All the amenities of Blue Waters Hotel are just a short walk away, including the watersports, swimming pools, tennis courts, beach facilities, entertainment, fitness centre. The beauty salon and spa and games room are available at a charge.

The rates includes full time services of a cook, housekeeper, houseporter, gardener and night watchman. However, the cook is only able to prepare the same dish for all guests, unless someone has vegetarian or other dietary requirements.  This dish will be chosen from a menu.

Alternatively, you can hire a chef who will be able to prepare a la carte dishes from a menu at an additional supplement.  The hire of the chef (excluding food) would be US$125 per day for lunch, or US$185 per day for dinner.

You can take the All Inclusive option offered by the hotel and we would be happy to quote for this.
