South Ocean Villas is a recently constructed ocean-front complex, located in the Hastings Area of the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is direct access to the beach and a small communal swimming pool.

Apartment #501 is located on the 4th floor of the southern side of the complex and enjoys direct views of the ocean. There is an elevator. Tastefully furnished, the open-plan layout features the kitchen, dining area, living room and solarium. From the solarium you can enjoy a full view of the ocean and south Coast of the island. There is a double-size, pull-out sofa located here suitable for a fifth person.

The kichen is modern and well equipped. There is also a utility room.

The master bedroom and Bedroom 2 have twin beds and are air-conditioned. The master bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom has a single vanity and shower only.

Amenities include: coffee maker, microwave, Cable TV, Dishwasher, Telephone, Washing Machine, Ceiling fans, Drier, Iron and ironing board, Toaster and High Speed Internet access for clients bringing their own laptop.

Maid Service is provided twice weekly. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
