C310 is a stunning 2-bedroom, penthouse apartment which is privately owned and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with beautiful furnishings in cool, relaxing colours.

Both the double and twin bedrooms are air-conditioned and with ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes and each opens up on to a large verandah overlooking the tropical gardens and the wonderful, free-form swimming pool.

This top floor apartment, which has easy elevator access, has the added bonus of a totally private rooftop sundeck with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi in which you can sit and enjoy panoramic views over the West Coast and its sunsets.

C310 offers cable TV, DVD player, telephone and Broadband connection as well as a friendly, part time Housekeeper/ Laundress.

As a guest of the Resort, you can enjoy all the facilities of the main Clubhouse with its large, infinity swimming pool, bar and restaurant, fitness-centre and very helpful Reception Staff who will help with any queries. There are 4 championship Tennis Courts, 3 of them being floodlit and private Tennis coaching is available. Golf is easily organised nearby. Whilst staying at Sugar Hill, you can also enjoy complimentary membership fo Suga Suga Spa, for perhaps a relaxing massage, and Mullins Beach and Restaurant, all of which are a short drive away. Here, you are given complimentary lounger and Beach Towel while drinks and snacks can be brought to your chair or you can enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant, after trying out some of the excellent watersports on offer.
