The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex.

There is a full size, modern, well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and single vanity. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and is air-conditioned.

Amenities include: Coffee maker, Washing machine, cable TV, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, toaster, dryer, ceiling fans, microwave, High speed internet access for those bringing their own laptops and a telephone.

There is a shared "guitar shaped" swimming pool in the grounds.

Maid service is provided 2 days a week.
