Set on the beachfront in 7 acres of tropical, palm-filled gardens, Colony Club is a restored former private colonial club where old world charm meets new world standards of quality and attention to detail. Located on one of the finest stretches of the Platinum Coast, the hotel is ideal for couples seeking tranquility and relaxation.

Guests may choose from elegantly furnished and tropically coloured rooms or suites. Some rooms have 4-poster beds, while many of the luxury poolside rooms enjoy direct access to the swimming lagoons. All rooms and suites have cable TV, air-conditioning, en suite facilities, hairdryer, mini fridge (not stocked), iron and ironing boards, bathrobes, tea and coffee facilities and personal safes.  There is twice daily maid service or a turn-down with complimentary bottle of water each night.

Laguna Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the tropical gardens. The Orchid Room has an a la carte menu and extensive wine list and is open for dinner only (children over 12 only). The Sunset Bar can be reached by foot or via the swimming pool. The Planters Bar is an intimate cocktail lounge that opens for pre-dinner drinks (seasonal). Exchange dining at other Elegant Hotels can be arranged. However, this is subject to availability as the restaurants are not open all the time in each hotel/year round.

Choose from four freshwater swimming lagoons and Jacuzzi, where a beach and pool concierge service is provided.  For those wishing to be particularly energetic, there is an exercise facility and two floodlit tennis courts.  Complimentary non-motorised watersports including snorkelling, sailing, boogie boards, kayaking, windsurfing and water-skiing are also available.

Other facilities include a library, internet access, a hair and beauty salon and hotel shops. Excursions can be arranged through the hotel.

Tee-off rights available at Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.

The West coast Elegant Hotels' sister properties are only minutes away and a daily water taxi operates between the hotels (subject to availability).

Children of all ages are permitted at Colony Club EXCEPT for the month of February.
