Settler's Beach is located in the heart of Holetown on Barbados's tranquil West Coast, and is set in 4 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Settler's Beach is a small boutique hotel with 45 rooms.  It is an elegant and spacious beach resort in a perfect setting with a freshwater swimming pool in the gardens, next to a white sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.  

The accommodation comprises 22, 2-bedroomed villas arranged in a horseshoe shape in the secluded gardens.  Each villa has either a pool/garden view setting.  The villas are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.  

Nine of the villas are bungalow style.  They are single-storey houses with two separate master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.  These bedrooms are connected to the living room and kitchen area by a patio/atrium. 

Thirteen villas are 2-storey townhouses.  Two of these are also beachfront villas.  These villas have interconnecting bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor, with the main living area on the ground floor.  

Each villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms fitted with hairdryers, clock radios and personal safes.  Both bedrooms boast marble en-suite bathrooms.  The living room and dining room areas are spacious and the kitchen is fully-equipped, including iron and ironing boards, washing machine/dryer and other amenities. 

All villas have two entrances - a front door from the parking bay and sliding doors from the garden.  Each one offers sun loungers on the lawn in front of your own villa. 

The 2-bedroom superior garden/pool villas are also available as a 1-bedroom option (second bedroom being shut off).  There is 1x 1-bedroom apartment. 

Activities at Settler's Beach include non-motorised waters sports. A tiled pool deck with comfortable seating surrounds the freshwater swimming pool.  Swimming lessons with a qualified swimming instructor can be booked prior to arrival at an extra cost.  

The air-conditioned TV lounge is comfortably furnished with Caribbean styled seating.  There is also a computer with full internet access.  The TV offers a selection of channels.  Alternatively, you can read the magazines and books provided.  Children under 12 years should be supervised. 

Spago Restaurant and Bar offers great food and good service with an array of tasty dishes.  The restaurant is open for a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis.  There is also a daily bar menu. 

In-House Services include a welcome drink, Manager's weekly cocktail party, full maid service, free wireless internet access anywhere on the property (bring your own laptop), Cold towels on arrival, free daily local newspaper and flowers in the villas. 

Daily Housekeeping services include nightly turn down service.  Pool towels are provided each day. 

There is a wonderful selection of spa treatments available at a separate cost.

Babysitting is available.  3 hours are complimentary for every 7 nights booked.  Seasonal Activity programmes for the whole family are available at a minimal surcharge. 

Food parcels are available at a separate cost, but if the thought of cooking is too much for you - you can hire the services of a cook on a daily basis!
