This luxurious villa is located near to the 3rd Fairway on the Sandy Lane Golf Course. It is a beautifully furnished, elegant property, the entrance to which is via a courtyard.

The villa offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms , 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bathroom with shower, private sitting area and private sun terrace. The remaining bedrooms have Queen-size beds and bathrooms with tub/showers.
One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a private sun terrace.

There is a formal living/dining room and also a dining patio and terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

Other facilities include Cable TV, VCR, CD player; ceiling fans, hairdrier and BBQ. There is a beach cabana on the Sandy Lane beach.

The swimming pool has a depth of approx 3 - 7 ft.

Staff include a cook, gardener and maid/laundress. Their staff hours are 8.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m. Each staff member has one day off a week.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
