Bananaquit is a charming 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located in the Sugar Hill Resort Community.

This luxurious villa has a real presence but also has a comfortable atmosphere which is ideal for unwinding in style. The main living areas are located on the upper level floor to maximize on the spectacular views of the West Coast and the sea on the horizon. Upstairs there is a beautifully furnished living room, the kitchen, and a spacious outdoors covered dining and sitting terrace facing west-- perfect for relaxing or entertaining day and night.

On the ground level there are three large ensuite bedrooms, all tastefully decorated with access outdoors to a shaded sitting area. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have twin beds and ensuite shower rooms.  The  Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds and ensuite showers.

The ground floor outdoor living area is equipped with a bar and a large pool deck with an infinity edged pool which cascades down into a smaller pool below it. Under the pool deck there is a colourful media and games room, fully equipped with cable TV, DVD, pool table and table tennis table. Perfect for families.

A quaint two bedroom cottage, each room with its own entrance, is conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the house. Inside the tastefully decorated guest cottage there is a door which joins the two rooms. One of the bedrooms has cable television and a bar fridge. A little sitting area outside the cottage provides a nice outdoor space for those staying in the cottage to relax if they want a little time on their own.

The villas is staffed with a Cook, Maid, Laundress and Gardener (during the Summer months, the cook is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at a separate cost).  Sugar Hill is a gated community with guards both at the gate and on patrol 24 hours a day.

Guests of Bananaquit Villa are free to enjoy all that the Sugar Hill Resort has to offer including the clubhouse with its large pool and pool deck, the Sassafras Restaurant which is open most days for lunch and a couple of evenings each week for dinner, the gym and the members lounge, and the four championship tennis courts. During your stay you also become members to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located at Mullins Beach; this membership includes use of the beach facilities including water sports, sun beds and a private beach deck, the Mullins Restaurant and Cocktail Bar and the Indulgence Spa.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
