Buttsbury Court is situated on the corner of the Holders Polo Field, overlooking the natural beauty of the surrounding Holders Plantation.

The main house has three bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is upstairs and overlooks the Polo Field. This suite has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has only a shower, not a tub.

Bedroom 2 is downstairs. This has twin beds that can be made into king-size. There is an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3 is also downstairs and has a king-size 4-poster bed and ensuite shower room. the 4th bedroom is located in the cottage in the grounds of the property. This has a king-size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The amenities of the villa include BBQ, Cable TV, Chaises lounges, Jacuzzi, outdoor dining, Security System, Tennis court with artificial turf and floodlights. There is also a swimming pool.

The staff comprise Cook, Laundress and Maid.

Restaurants, shops and the beach are a short drive from the property.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
