Crystal Springs is a recently refurbished beachfront villa on almost 2 acres.

This enchanting villa redesigned by Oliver Messel consists of the main house with an annex constructed over a gully, lush tropical gardens, 2 guest cottages, and a pavilion containing a mini-gym. 8 luxury bedroom suites, all with lovely views, are beautifully furnished. Words do not begin to describe the elegance of this beautiful villa.

Set on a unique beach front site with a small secluded beach cove, the entire villa is constructed of local coral stone. A large swimming pool and pool deck entice guests outdoors. Beautifully landscaped gardens incorporate fountain pools and water falls.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an industrial stove, wine cooler, ice machine, food processor, blender, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, ice cream maker and deep fat fryer. Located to the east of the main house is the Charming Tea House Cottage, a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen facilities, sitting room, and a terrace overlooking tropical plantings and colourful lily ponds. The Annex spans a natural gully and the 2 bedrooms overlook the sea on the west and the garden on the east.

Close at hand is the pavilion, consisting of 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an air conditioned mini-gym including an exercise bike and multipurpose exercise machine.

Located on the grounds of Crystal Springs, the home theatre consists of 10 comfortable recliners, an ice machine, fridge, Direct TV and VCR, and a stereo system with radio, double tape deck and CD player.

Amenities include a Meridian North telephone system with 3 direct lines and extensions in each room.

A sunfish sailboat, plus use of a 22 ft. Sea Ray Bow Rider speed boat (1 pair of water-skis and 1 slalom ski ) and driver are available for an additional weekly fee. The boat is included for full rate bookings only; the cost of oil and petrol for the boat is not included in rental fee and guests are responsible for same.

A staff of 14 consists of 2 Butlers, Cook, Assistant Cook, 4 Maids, a Maid/laundress, Laundress, 2 Gardeners, and a Night Watchman, Boatman

Easy access to golf, tennis and shopping makes this a desired vacation destination.

Please note that children must be accompanied by a nanny when guests stay at Crystal Springs.
