Easy Reach is a delightful beachfront villa, located directly on Mullins Beach and offers endless views of the breathtaking Caribbean Sea.

The spacious sun deck has lounges for sunbathing, or sip a cocktail on the balcony as you watch a glorious tropical sunset.This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom cottage sleeps four persons comfortably and is fully air-conditioned. The living room has cable TV, VCR and a BOSE music system.

Master bedroom has Double Size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Master bathroom has single vanity and shower only. Second bathroom has single vanity and shower only.

Children of all ages are welcome at Easy Reach.

The house can also be rented with its adjoining sister property, Sunset Reach, to create a 4 bedroom villa experience for a larger family or group of friends.

A Maid/Cook is provided 6 days a week. There is also a night security guard.

NB. This property is undergoing renovations. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are to be refurbished. Also, a further bedroom is being added.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
