Adjoining Ocean's Edge, this villa overlooks the excellent beach and is close to the lagoon-style communal swimming pool.
One bedroom/bathroom is located on the lower level and opens to the plunge pool terrace. The master bedroom and 3rd bedroom are on the upper level.
The Master bedroom has a private balcony and stairs leading to the roof terrace. The villa has Cable TV and VCR. There is also a BBQ.
At Merlin Bay there is a large shared swimming pool, path to the lovely beach and 24-hour security. Laundry Room, Fax machine.
There is landscaping work taking place at Gardenia villa close to the Merlin Bay Complex - minimal noise disturbance may be expected.
