Each villa has 3 generously large air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 on the upper level and 1 on the ground floor, all with private patios enjoing spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea. There is a large freshwater pool for the exclusive use of the residents.

The villas are complete with all equipment and utilities and are run by a staff of cook and maid/laundress. Security is provided on the property. All villas have TV, CD players and safes.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
