The villa features four sprawling air conditioned bedrooms plus an extra single bedroom, and five well designed bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own distinctive feeling, TV and music, and wireless internet. One of the master bedrooms has an unrivalled view of the Estate gardens and two of the very gracious guest suites open onto the tropical gardens.

The master, 1st and 2nd bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into a king.  Bedroom 3 has a king bed.  The master bathroom, 1st and 3rd bathrooms have a shower.  The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub.  The powder room has a shower.

The villa offers the unique quality of featuring more public areas than any other villa of that size, all designed to suit the guests' every possible mood: from the more formal living room to the expansive patios, the brand new state-of-the-art family room where all the houseguests can sit comfortably for a movie on the 63" flat screen TV, to the "Puncherie" on the roof terrace (so named to reflect its perfect position to enjoy the best rum punch on the Island, while watching the sun set over the Caribbean Sea), without forgetting the Mondrian inspired bar and dancing floor, guests will never want to leave the house! But you might still want to go to the secluded pool, or down to the Sandy Lane beach (where Evergreen has its own cabana), or even stroll through the gorgeous gardens, as this property truly is evergreen!

Facilities include  cable/satellite, BBQ, Safe. DVD, stereo, TV and VCR.  There is internet with ADSL for those bringing their own laptops. The staff comprise a cook, housekeeper, laundress, and nightwatchman.

At the Sandy Lane Property Owners' beach there is a beach cabana, and golf and tennis are available.
