Villa Forest Hills 16 is located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golfing Resort, this 2 bedroom club villa is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens with commanding views of the lake, the communal Forest Hills pool and the ocean beyond.

This villa is split level in design with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the lower level, and the kitchen, living and dining area on the upper level.

All bedrooms are en suite and fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a separate shower and tub in its bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be made up as a double. This bathroom only has a shower.

The villa is equipped with Cable TV, DVD player, CD Player, Safe, Fax and Internet. There is also a large communal pool just a couple steps away from the villa.

All guests staying at Villa Forest Hills 16 will receive access to all resort facilities as well as special golf rates and access
to the beach at Mullins Bay, where special beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. There is a shuttle service to and from the beach.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
