On entering the property, you are greeted by a marble tiled foyer with fountain and palms. The house is completely tiled with travertine and offers excellent accommodation that has been recently renovated by architect Ian Morrison.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, TV/VCR. there are 2 further bedrooms (one twin beds and one king-size bed) with ensuite bathrooms.

Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms (one twin beds and one king-size bed) with ensuite shower rooms.

The Great Room has a large seating area and a second area with a chaise lounge. The room has a 4-speaker HiFi system. French doors open on to a terrace. The dining room has seating for 10 persons. There is also a TV room with a 32" panasonic TV/VCR/DVD and Cable; a 6-speaker stereo system and a games table (backgammon, chess, checkers).   Satellite/cable may not include access to all channels.

On the large poolviewpatio, there is a coralstone table to seat 10/12 persons, a poolside table for 4 persons and chaise lounges.

The small gardenview patio provides a further 2 chaise lounges.

In the extensive and beautifully landscaped gardens there is a swimming pool, garden terrace area and BBQ.

The beach is accessed by a private road. The villa is near to Sandy Lane Hotel, Royal Westmoreland Golf and Tennis Club and the shops, restaurants and bars of Holetown.

Staff include a maid, cook and poolman.
