Set in approximately 1 acre of lush tropical gardens is this charming single story house. As one can tell from its name, High Trees is surrounded by numerous aged Casuarina trees, which provide a cool and intimate setting to the grounds.

From its open plan living areas, High Trees has been designed to take advantage of the glorious Caribbean weather, with outdoor dining and a gazebo on the grounds.

This privately owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities, and is run by the owner's trained staff, which consists of a butler, cook, maid and laundress. Babysitters can be supplied on request. Supplies of food and drink are not included in the rate for this villa, but can be provided with prior notice.

High Trees is on the West Coast in the Gibbes area, St. Peter, a mile from shopping and supermarkets in Speightstown, 10 miles from the capital, Bridgetown, and 15 miles from the Airport.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
