There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 5 minute walk north of the Cottage.

A perfect honeymoon home, it is surrounded by lovely terraces and has its own private gate to the sand, very private entrance, and separate driveway.

The air conditioned bedroom has a separate entrance and is comfortably furnished with twin beds pushed together. The en suite bathroom has a tub and shower.

The living room is arranged so that the cottage can sleep up to 4 guests. The open sitting/living and dining area has a sofa bed and 2 ceiling fans. The sofa bed pulls out and makes 2 twin beds. In addition, the adjoining bathroom has a shower.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, blender, juicer toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, food processor, and bar fridge.

The private sun terrace has a table, umbrella and 4 chairs. Lounge chairs look out on the beautiful landscaped gardens.  The cottage has a plunge pool. 

The staff of 2 includes a cook/maid/laundress and night watchman shared with Leamington Pavilion.

PLEASE NOTE:  Construction has begun on the adjoining property.  The main walls of the structure are due to be completed by mid-December 2009 after which internal building work will continue.  Site hours are 8am to 4.30pm during the week, mornings only on Saturdays and no work on Sundays.  The site is shielded by a large number of mature trees on the boundary.  In consequence there is a 50% discount on the usual rates for this recently refurbished and immaculate property, during the development period (see offers below).  Once booked there would be no further refund of any kind.)
