Located on the beautiful Paynes Bay beach in St James, Mahogany Pod is one of 6 luxury 3-storey townhouses at Mahogany Bay, with spectacular sea views from all bedrooms.

The Master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with sitting area, en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub, and walk-in dressing room, occupies the entire second floor also. There are two Twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, with single vanity and showers only, on the first floor.

All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the garden, beach and sea. They each also have a safe.

On the ground floor, French doors open from the indoor dining room and living room to the verandah (with wet bar), plunge pool (approx. 11ft x 5 ft x 3ft deep) and garden. From the garden a few steps lead down to the white sandy beach where there is excellent snorkelling. The sitting room has air-conditioning and a safe.

The villa is staffed with a cook, maid/laundress and shares a night watchman with the other villas.

High speed ADSL internet access with wireless connection is available for guests who bring their laptops.

Golf and tennis are available at Sandy Lane. Watersports on request. Beach chairs available for guests' use.

There is currently building work in the vicinity of Mahogany Bay - minimal noise may be experienced.
