Recently renovated and refurbished, Milord is a light and airy two-storey property, with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Professionally decorated in an elegant colonial style using contemporary tropical furnishings, Milord has high ceilings throughout (9ft downstairs, 15ft upstairs) letting in lots of natural light. The louvred windows and doors allow natural breezes to flow, with ceiling fans and a/c in the bedrooms for additional comfort.

Both bedrooms upstairs open out onto a covered terrace with magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and Caribbean sea. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a dining room connected through archways. The living area opens out to a covered verandah, sun deck and large paved patio with steps leading down to a gate, which opens onto the beach.

The Staff comprises: Cook, Maid/laundress, Night watchman (shared with villa next door).

There is a reef in front of Milord with good swimming either to the left or right of the house.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
