An open-air terrace and dining patio lead to the pool & Jacuzzi, with views across the 3rd tee on the Old Nine golf course, where there is a garden gate giving access to the golf course for walking or jogging. With perfectly shaped cacique lounge chairs and a double day-bed on the pool deck you can relax and have the tan you have always longed for, or, lounge in the Spanish-style covered Gazebo having afternoon tea.

This recently renovated home has every modern convenience, including two 37" flat screen TVs, both with cable and one with a DVD player, an iPod sound stage is in each bedroom, wireless internet along with a Bose CD music centre for those wishing to relax but stay in touch with the latest events.

There are 4 beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three of these are upstairs, with the 4th bedroom on the ground floor all of which are outfitted with luxurious, 300-thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen. The ground floor bedroom is very suitable for children and teenagers, with its double, single, and bunk beds. There is also a 5th full bathroom on this floor.

The Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a king-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 4th bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has a shower, whilst the other bedrooms have a tub/shower.

Amenities include a heated Jacuzzi, safes, air-conditioning, BBQ Cable TV, ceiling fans, chaise lounges, internet connection, security system, stereo, sundeck and TV.

Staff include a Butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress and night watchman.

Tenants renting Sandalwood House have the use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach where 8 sun loungers are provided for the enjoyment of guests, as they bask in sun and the sea.
