Villa Melissa is a delightful, recently refurbished, luxury Caribbean villa in St James on the exclusive west coast of the island, close to restaurants and nightlife. Its own path provides easy access to a wonderful sandy beach.  Set in tropical gardens, the villa is extremely private and can be rented in its entirety as a 5 bedroom villa or alternatively as a 3 bedroom villa, by taking just the 3 bedroom main house without the 2 bedroom cottage.  All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a combination of King, Queen and twin beds to suit most requirements.

The stylish cottage is completely made of old coral stone and has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen and 2 patios - an ideal arrangement for two families or groups of friends.

Holiday life is centred very much on outdoor living and soaking up the Caribbean atmosphere and the hospitality of the staff.  Villa Melissa comes with a maid, a laid back butler who focuses on ensuring you have a relaxing time and a cook who produces mouth watering meals to suit most palates.  All meals are taken either on the coral stone patio or can be taken by the pool.

The house has a flat screen TV, with surround sound and Bose speakers for when you want to watch DVD, video, cable or just listen to CDs.  The house has also been fitted with wireless ADSL which means you can take your laptop to the pool and do your emails from there!

Outdoors there is a shallow free form pool wrapping itself around the patio amid picturesque gardens.  The pool is particularly suited for families where children can be watched from the water's edge whilst sun bathing on the comfortable loungers.

Included in the rental are complimentary watersports including waterskiing, boat rides, hobie cats and snorkelling.  These are operated from the Fairmont Royal Pavilion (unless otherwise specified).  Scuba and PADI courses are available at extra cost. 

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
