The centre of Luz and all the facilities that the charming small town has to offer is approx 10 -15 minutes walk along the sea front. The glorious large sandy beach has a Blue Flag and offers safe bathing and all types of watersports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some 10 minutes drive away.

Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away to the east, while Parque da Floresta Golf Course is a 20 minute drive to the west. For the children there are a variety of waterparks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive. Horse riding stables are at Almadena, also just a short drive away. Car recommended.

* Entrance: Electric remote control gates lead onto the drive. There is a fully alarmed double garage as well as ample parking space on the drive. The entrance door opens into a hallway.
* Lounge: Large and airy room, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Baby grand piano. Satellite LCD TV (limited free channels only) with surround sound DVD player. Patio doors open out to the spectacular pool terrace.
* Dining Room: Open-plan to the kitchen.
* Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and including, dishwasher, extra large oven, microwave, American style fridge / freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser and all the usual equipment and utensils.
* Utility room : Washing machine.
* Master Bedroom Suite: King size bed. Walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors open out to the pool terrace with panoramic views. En-suite bathroom with vanity basin, bath with hand shower, walk-in shower, and loo.
* Study with Internet access: Bring your own laptop. Sofa bed can be used for one or two children.
* Bedroom Suite 2: Double bed. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity basin, bidet and loo.
* Bedroom Suite 3: Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Patio doors out to pool terrace. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity basin and loo. Patio doors to terrace.
* Bedroom Suite 4: Double bed, fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with bath with shower attachment, basin and loo.
* Outside: The villa stands in a very large plot and is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens with shrubs and flowers. The infinity pool (approx 9m x 4m) has integral steps in the shallow end and a waterfall into a small children's pool in the lower garden area. Jacuzzi spa. There is extensive sunbathing terracing equipped with sunloungers and outdoor dining furniture. Large gas BBQ. Shower room (can be used by Bedroom 5).
* Bedroom 5: Double bed and single bed with own entrance by the pool. Can also be accessed from the garage.
