Lance Aux Epines Cottages offers just 11 units on a 3-acre property close to the Grand Anse Beach and only a short drive from St. George's.

Choose from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments or 1 and 2 bedroom cottages.  All units have air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

1-bed apartments/cottages sleep 1-2 persons, 2-bed apartments/cottages sleep 2-4 persons, 3-bed apartment sleeps 3-6 persons.

All the cottages and apartments have been recently redecorated, and all the cottages now have air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They are self-contained and fully equipped for self-catering. Full maid service is included and the housekeeper will do light laundry.

On the site, you can enjoy the fully air-conditioned TV lounge, where you will find a large-screen cable TV, billiards, table-tennis, soccer table, book swap, and a computer with high speed internet access. If you bring your laptop, the apartments and cottages have a highspeed internet connection.  Mobile phones available on request free of charge (call charges payable by user)

The beach is on the doorstep and free watersports are offered, including Hobie Cat sailboat and ocean kayaks and peddle boats.

Arrangements can be made for a cook to prepare local dishes in your accommodation at a small extra charge.

The Resort is child-friendly and cribs and cots are available at no extra charge. Baby-sitting can be easily arranged.  Restaurants are within a short walk. A stroll down the beach will lead to world-class diving and snorkelling trips with ScubaTech.
