Bel Air Plantation is on the southeastern side of Grenada, set on a hillside overlooking St. David's Harbour. This Villa Hotel has 18 acres of tropical vegetation and gardens with a terraced, waterfront landscape. The design of the hotel ensures that the property merges into, and takes full advantage of, the wonderful surroundings. Bel Air Plantation is a 20 minutes' drive from the capital, St. George's.

The 11 individual villas and cottages offer the perfect combination of old world charm and modern comforts. Each property is scattered along the hillside in lush tropical gardens, and each has a view of the bay, sea and peninsula beyond.  Airy and spacious, the villas and cottages are a delightful combination of old world charm and modern luxury.  Each has a distinct character and personality.

Informal, yet elegant, each villa and cottage is beautifully appointed.  Original works or art, botanical prints, individually selected furnishings and accessories and fresh tropical flowers fill every room.  Beds are piled high with soft pillows.  Ceiling fans, air-conditioning, TV, CD player, in-room safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are standard.

Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan with a living room open to a large verandah running the entire length of the villa. 

Two-Bedroomed Villas:  2 spacious master bedrooms, each witn an oversized bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, shower and double sink vanity unit.

One-Bedroomed Villas: A master bedroom, opening to the front verandah with magnificent views, bathrooms include whirlpool tubs with double corner windows and a generously sized shower.

One-Bedroomed Cottages:  These have many of the same features and amenities as the villas, but on a smaller scale.  There is additional dining and seating on the covered verandah.  The ensuite bedrooms have 2 large windows with views of the sea, bay and gardens.  The bathrooms include a shower large enough for 2 persons.

The hub of the Resort is the waterfront village, which includes The Water's Edge Restaurant.  This is located on the end of St. David's Harbour and offers an enticing choice of island dishes made from the freshest ingredients. Produce comes from the hotel's own garden and nearby farms. The Club Room is a delightful meeting place with a bar, comfortable furnishings and beautiful views.  In this village you will also find a market and gift shop.

Walking paths are laid out through the property. There is an Infinity-edge swimming pool, Waterfront gardens, a small secluded beach and a 4-acre cliffside park. A pier provides a wonderful deck area for sunbathing and swimming. Grenada Marine is close by for the convenience of guests wishing to arrive by sea.

A complimentary shuttle is provided to and from the beautiful La Sagasse Beach (6 mins. away).
