Located on the exclusive Amber Belair development (a security-guarded gated community), Hummingbird villa offers a very spacious living environment in a stunning location, located at Calabash in Prickley Bay. The villa has been built to a very high specification and was completed in 2005.

Hummingbird has a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room which leads to the dining room and on to the lounge and TV room, completing the rooms around the courtyard are two bedrooms and the cloakroom. On the east side of the property is the master bedroom which has an office area located to the left of the entrance.

Downstairs are another two bedrooms, laundry and maids room. Outside the lounge and dining room lead to the covered patio and on to the sunny pool deck and pool gazebo which makes an ideal spot for outside dining.

The house offers cable TV in the television room and master bedroom, DVD, VCR, CD, Radio, games, computer with internet access, printer, fax and 2 safes for valuables. 2 bathrooms have bath tubs.  There is a wet bar, gas BBQ grill, baby crib and highchair, dishwasher and laundry. (These facilities may not be available at all times).

Hummingbird villa is offered as part of the Calabash hotel and as such guests at the villa can use all the facilities of the hotel, including the beach, sun loungers, non motorised watersports, tennis court, fitness room, large guest pool, snooker room, Jefferson's Beach Restaurant, The Barnes Beach Bar and Rhodes Restaurant.

Aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and beauty treatments are available by visiting therapists.

All guests at Hummingbird are entitled to 10% discount on all Food and Beverage consumed at Calabash.

The villa housekeeper and cook is on hand to prepare breakfast daily (you buy the groceries) and Calabash can supply, at extra cost, a chef/cook for other meals if required.

Check in at Calabash and upon arrival at Hummingbird Villa, your first evening's dinner with wine will await you as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items. Babysitters are available from Calabash at an additional hourly rate. The villa will be staffed from 8am to 3pm everyday the villa is occupied.

Calabash welcomes children over 12 from 15 January - 15 March, and children of all ages during the rest of the year.  Children uner 18 years of age are not allowed in the Calabash exercise area.  A rental vehicle is essential.

Calabash will close on 01 September and reopen on 12 October 2008.  The villa will be available to rent during this period, but the facilities at Calabash will not be available.

Maid service is included in the rental rates and will prepare breakfast daily, clean and do laundry.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
