Lance Aux Epines Cottages offers just 11 units on a 3-acre property close to the Grand Anse Beach and only a short drive from St. George's.

All the cottages and apartments have been recently redecorated, and all the cottages now have air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They are self-contained and fully equipped for self-catering. Full maid service is included and the housekeeper will do light laundry.

There is a choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and 1 and 2 bedroom cottages.

On the site, you can enjoy the fully air-conditioned TV lounge, where you will find a large-screen cable TV, billiards, table-tennis, soccer table, book swap, and a computer with high speed internet access. If you bring your laptop, the apartments and cottages have a highspeed internet connection.

The beach is on the doorstep and free watersports are offered, including Hobie Cat sailboat and ocean kayaks.

Arrangements can be made for a cook to prepare local dishes in your accommodation.

The Resort is child-friendly and cribs and cots are available at no extra charge. Baby-sitting can be easily arranged.

Restaurants are within a short walk. A stroll down the beach will lead to world-class diving and snorkelling trips with ScubaTech.
