Designed by the late Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique Villa's fame, elegant Swallow villa offers sophisticated comfort in a convenient location.  The L'Anse aux Epines beach is across a small road.

The villa has a very spacious kitchen adjoining the living and dining room area, a computer equipped office, a breezy covered patio area and three air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The king bedded master suite is enhanced by a large lavish master bath with whirlpool bath for two, mrrored walls, deluxe shower and a dressing room. French doors lead out to the covered patio and to the sunny pool deck and pool gazebo. The second bedroom is across the patio for excellent privacy, and the third, very separate bedroom is at the end of Swallow Villa's blue tiled pool in its own pavilion.

There is cable TV in each bedroom, CD, radio, movie and music collections, books and games.  Air-conditong is in 3 bedrooms and the master bathroom.  The villa has a computer with wireless internet access, printer, fax + answering machines, safe, 2 whilrpool baths, automatic generator, security syrstem, baby crib and highchair, snorkel gear, Gym equipment.  (Please note that we cannot guarantee that all these facilities are available at all times).

A hardwood staircase leads to the pavilion's lower level and an exercise area with workout equipment and a sitting room.

Swallow Villa is offered as a part of the Calabash hotel and as such guests at the villa can use all of the facilities of the hotel, including the beach, sun loungers, non motorised watersports, tennis courts, fitness room, large guest pool, snooker room, Jefferson's Beach Restaurant, The Bsrnes Beach Bar and Rhodes Restaurant.

Aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and beauty treatments are available by visiting therapists.

All guests at Swallow Villa are entitled to 10% discount on all Food and Beverage consumed at Calabash. 

A mini market is located close by in L'Anse aux Epines. A short drive away is picturesque St George's, Grand Anse
beach and the airport.

Merle, Swallow Villa's housekeeper and cook, is on hand to prepare meals daily (you buy the groceries) and to make your holiday in Grenada relaxing and carefree. Merle will be at the villa from 8am to 4pm everyday.

Check in at Calabash and upon arrival at Swallow villa, your first evening's dinner with wine will await you as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items.

Calabash welcomes children over 12 years from 15 January - 15 March, with children of all ages welcome for the rest of the year.  Children under 18 years of age are not allowed in the exercise areas.

A rental vehicle is recommended.

Calabash closes between 01 September and 12 October 2008.  The villa will be available for rental during these dates, but the facilities of the hotel will not be available.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
