The property has been recently renovated and refurbished by the new owners with a cool white Caribbean theme with splashes of bright colours. Located on a breezy hilltop, you will find dramatic views of both the Atlantic over Cas En Bas Bay and the Caribbean out toward Pigeon Island.

The House: The Master bedroom is on the second floor. It is air-conditioned with an en suite bathroom. A spacious terrace which adjoins this bedroom has an outdoor shower. 2 additional air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the lowest level of the house with views out to sea. Each of these bedrooms has a private terrace. A small 4th bedroom (not air conditioned) with bunk beds and an adjoining bathroom is located off the kitchen wing. It is suitable for a single or children.

The huge kitchen is equipped with every amenity, including a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, blender and ironing facilities. Imported Italian tile floors throughout. The outdoor dining terrace adjoining the pool is oriented to the sunset view.

Just a five minute drive to beaches and the new 18 hole golf course. The full size pool is edged with sea stones and the adjacent large wooden deck has a Caribbean view and chaises for sunning.
There is a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower in the large pool deck.

Villa Cadasse can be rented with Orchid Cottage to accommodate larger parties.

There is a general maintenance man on property in his own separate apartment, who will be at the property for the night of arrival to greet the guests. He is not resident at the property other than the night of arrival and the following night.

Housekeeper ' Monday to Saturday from 8.30am. to 3.30pm.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk
