Grand View Villas are a group of 3 townhouses situated in the north of St. Lucia in the Bois d'Orange area overlooking the Wetland Bird Sanctuary.

The townhouses are built on a quiet hillside which provides a location of complete privacy and relaxation. Trouya Beach and the Windjammer Beach Resort and Spa, and Rodney Bay Village (with its duty free shops, supermarkets, bars and many restaurants) are a short drive away.

Each villa is entered through a private front courtyard with a plunge pool and patio area to enjoy the sun and the view.

Downstairs is a comfortable sitting/dining room and a full shower room. The sitting room is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. Adjacent is a modern, well equipped kitchen and a utility area with a washer /dryer in the back.

Upstairs, each villa has two air conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a shared patio with great countryside views.

Amenities ' WI-fi internet, air conditioned bedrooms, TV in bedrooms + flat screen TV in sitting room, DVD player, Hi-fi system, Telephone, Washer/Dryer, safe.

There is a housekeeper cleaning service 5 days week. 24 hour security on property.

No children under 12 years of age are allowed to stay at the property. There is a no-smoking policy in place.

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access.

**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
