Villa Ashiana is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa situated at Marigot, the yacht haven of St. Lucia. Marigot Bay is a quaint little village featuring restaurants, a small shopping centre with banking facilities, boutique shops, a french bakery, a minimart and a boardwalk marina. Ashiana offers panoramic views of Marigot Bay and the surrounding vegetation.

This two-storey villa has large open air patios upstairs and downstairs to enhance the outdoor living experience. The open plan concept of the ground floor allows for great views from all areas while encouraging a social yet relaxed environment, perfect for entertaining and easy conversation.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances (including microwave and dishwasher) and granite countertops, ideal for dinner parties. The indoor dining room is perfectly situated near the kitchen but there is also al fresco dining, catering to the outdoor lovers. Dine outdoors on the patio of this villa, the perfect spot to enjoy those warm sunny days or the cozy nights, whilst gazing out across the magnificent infinity pool and out onto the calm waters of the bay below. This is completed by an outdoor jacuzzi perfectly perched on the edge of the deck near the swimming pool and the surrounding lush vegetation.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms all located on the 2nd floor which are all attractively furnished, air conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds and Bedroom 4 has twin beds.

The staff includes a Cook, housekeeper, gardener and poolman.

Villa Ashiana is a 2-minute walk from Discovery Hotel and JJ's Resort. The nearest beach would be across the Bay and would take about 10 minutes to reach as you have to use the ferry.
